Your Privacy: Overview

Hip Visions LLC operates the Brewsees website at www.brewsees.com (the “Site”).  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.  We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policy and practices, and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected, when you visit the Site.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect from you via the Site.  It does not apply to information that you disclose through offline correspondence or through personal contacts with our representatives.  Additionally, the Site may contain links to other entities’ websites that we do not control or operate.  To the extent that you disclose, or you authorize us to disclose, your information to other parties, whether they are vendors, service providers or other users of the Site, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information disclosed to them.  We are not responsible for the content of third party websites or the privacy practices of third parties. How we Collect Your Information

The Site collects personally identifiable information only if you choose to (a) make an online purchase through the Site, or (b) register with us via the Site in order to request information or receive communications. We do not use cookies to retrieve information that is unrelated to your visit or your interaction with the Site.

Nevertheless, Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.  You understand that any messages or information that you provide to the Site may be read or intercepted by others.

When you submit personally identifiable information to the Site, we may use it such personally identifiable information internally, separately or in combination with pre-existing information, for the following purposes:

We may also disclose your information to third party product or service providers if you ask us to do so.  In the event that we are involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase, or other sale, your personal information may be transferred to the other party in the transaction.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or legal process or otherwise requested by any law enforcement officer or agency acting under color of law.  In addition, we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information based on the good faith belief that such action is necessary or appropriate to: (a) protect and defend the our rights or property, or (b) act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety or security of the public or of our users and/or the Site.

Information that is collected through the Site may be stored and processed in the United States or on remote servers located outside of the United States.

Children’s Privacy

Although the Site is intended for the use of adults, and is not of likely interest to children, the forms on the Site are capable of collecting online contact information from children who furnish it without prior parental consent or parental notification.  We do not intend to collect the personally identifiable information of children under the age of 13.  If we discover that any such information has been supplied by children, we will disregard and delete the information.

Identification and Passwords

In connection with any Site membership or certain other programs or services, you may choose, or we may issue to you a username, password or other similar access code.  In order to protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information, do not disclose your user name, password or access code to any third party, and do not allow any third party to access your account.

Retention of Information

We will maintain the personally identifiable information that you provide until either (a) we deem it no longer necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose(s) for which such information was collected or (b) if applicable, for so long as we are required to maintain such information by law or other applicable rules or regulations.

Choice and Opt-Out Preferences

We do not collect your personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it.  You may “opt-out” of receiving further information about Hip Visions, Brewsees and third party products and services (other than services, support or other information that you specifically request by filling out the online forms or other applicable rules or regulations) by checking the appropriate boxes on the online and other forms.  If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further e mail communications from us, we will provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from such communications.

Access and Accuracy

We aim to keep your personally identifiable information as accurate as possible.  You will have the opportunity to update and correct any of your personally identifiable information collected and maintained by use by logging into your account on the Site and entering any new information about yourself.  You must promptly update your personally identifiable information if it changes or is not accurate.  We reserve the right to access or remove such information in our sole discretion.  We further reserve the right to deny access to your personally identifiable information: (a) when a denial of access is required by law, (b) when granting you access is reasonably likely to negatively impact other people’s privacy, (c) to protect our rights and property, and (d) when the request is frivolous or made in bad faith.

Agreement to this Privacy Policy; Revisions

By using the Site and providing us with your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site.  We reserve the right, in our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, without prior notice to you.  All revisions will be posted to the Site.  We urge you to review this Privacy Policy frequently for changes.  Your continued use of the Site means that you accept those changes.
